I feel stupid for asking, but can you use the changing table part of a combo unit if you have the hutch attached on top of it? Does anyone do this? We ordered our Pali crib (Alba) and Pali combo changer/dresser unit with hutch (7000 series), and I'm wondering if that was a good idea now. Will we be able to change the baby on the changing table side, even though the hutch will be attached...

Also, if anyone has this particular Pali combo unit, did a regular contoured changing pad work/fit on it?

Thanks!

Kelly

P.S. This is the combo unit: http://www.babyspecialtyshop.com/pali7001c.htm

Hi, my sister has this piece...it is beautiful and she uses the changer part of the dresser (with the hutch on) and her baby is 17 months. She put a Babies R Us thick contoured changing pad with a pretty terry cover and it works fine. I can't remember if the pad actually attaches to the dresser. Hope this helps.
