I'm so upset. I ordered the Sorelle Lana from Albeebaby & received it a couple hours ago. Two of the pieces are damaged! :( Of course, it's too late to contact them...dumb UPS. I took pictures & e-mailed them. I'm just worried they're going to be difficult. I would really like them to just exchange the two damaged pieces. Has anyone had any experience with Albee Baby customer service. DD's been sleeping in her pack & play; I wanted to put her crib together & move her into it tonight. I'm attaching pictures of the damaged pieces, one is the headboard & one is the particle board for the bottom of the drawer. I mean, I know it's not major damage but still, I don't think I should get stuck with them right?? I just want to cry. :(
