I'm calling in the pros! We're looking to buy a second crib for #2.

Here are the specs I want: (* = non-negotiables)
- White Wood *
- Solid wood construction, no MDF
- Single Drop Side
- Knee Push drop *
- Clean, simple, straight lines (or Jenny Lind style is ok)
- Order online *
- Casters would be nice
- Under $250 shipped

I've been going crazy browsing my book, surfing the web...I'm about to lose it! I'd love some ideas and brands to consider. Time isn't an issue, since we have until October, but I thought I'd get an early start in case there is a backorder.

Thanks so much!!!

Have you checked out JCPenney.com? They have a few-
-white sleigh crib for $199 (I think it meets all of your requirements-it says hardwood too)
-Jenny Lind (but it's antique white, not bright white) for $199
Check them out!

Their cribs are nice, but is there any way to find out who the manufacturers are? I'd like to look them up and make sure I'm getting something good quality too!

Thanks Angie, I think we have a winner! That Babycenter crib is prefect, and it's on sale now for $212. :)

I liked the Target cribs too, but if you look at the "shipping info" section, they charge $80-$120 to ship it!!!! Outrageous!

Thanks SO much for your help!

I don't know if you purchased your crib yet, but Sears has a very cute crib for $199

http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/product.do?BV_UseBVCookie=Yes&vertical=BABY&pid=04935650000

If you have a sears nearby you can pick it up in their store as well with no shipping.

It's free to sign up, and you just go through their site first when you shop online to get 1-6% cash back. Super easy and they can deposit your money directly into your Paypal account too.
