Changing pad size?

I would like some feedback on the size of changing pads. The changing table I am looking at would have a pad that is 28.5" long and 14" wide. I am a little worried that my little girl will outgrow that quickly. This is my first so I don't know exactly what to expect.

I'd like others to give input on the dimensions of their PAD (not that table) and if it still fits.
