Baby's Dream Serenity ?

Has anyone purchased the Serenity set from Baby's Dream? Also, the website just says it is made of "solid wood" but does not say what type. ANY info you have would help. My hubby and I are trying to decide between that set and a Munire set.

i have this set as does a friend of mine and we are both very happy with it. Unfortunately, it IS pine, which my furniture building husband despises. I usually do too, but he didn't have time to build a hardwood crib, so we got this one. I am pleasantly surprised though. It is pretty tough and hasn't shown any wear in almost two years. I especially love how solid it feels, and that is one of the reaons i got a stationery sided crib. Can't stand the rattling! :)It was the cheapest of the staionery sided cribs at $269 too.
