We just picked up our Little Castle glider and ottoman today. Everything looks great, EXCEPT for the skirt on both the glider and ottoman. They have been sewn crooked.
I called the USA Baby where we purchased them and the lady on the phone told me that all the Little Castles she's seen have crooked skirts. She said, "That's just the way they do them" and that if I ordered another one it would just come the same way. Wow. To me it's obviously a workmanship problem.
Has anyone else noticed this on their Little Castle? How did you resolve it? How deep of a discount would you expect to receive if you decided to keep the peices? We paid more than $620 for both.
