Hello!
I love the way this crib looks, and it seems comparable in quality and style to the Munire and Bonavita cribs I've seen in stores. However, JC Penney doesn't have any floor models in stores, so I can't see it in person. Also, Baby Bargains indicates that JC Penney has a terrible customer service reputation with respect to shipping times and delivery. Has anyone ordered this crib? Does anyone have any feedback about JC Penney in general? Thanks so much!!!
