Where can I find a bassinet mattress for my oval heirloom bassinet. The exsisting one has been in my parents attic for 30 years and I would like something new that I know is clean and doesn't smell like it has been in the attic forever. I looked at Target and BRU online and couldn't find one.

If it is a really old bassinet then you might not be able to find one to fit at a store. I know BRU carries some bassinet mattresses but I don't know if they would have something to fit an older model odd shape mattress. I don't know if another specialty baby store might have one but if you have any stores in your area it might be worth a call. You can also check Moonlight Slumber because they do custom made bassinet mattresses and their products are really nice. www.moonlightslumber.com

Try calling Baby Furniture Warehouse. I have seen a ton of different ones in their store.

Here is an on-line store, never ordered from it before. They will do custom and quote you a price for it.
