John Lennon Mobile Recall

I am decorating my nursery in the Carter's John Lennon theme and just saw a sign at Baby Depot (Burlington) that the mobile was recalled. The salesperson didn't know anything about it and I couldn't find any info on the web. I already received this item and am not sure what to do.... Has anyone heard anything about this?
