Mattress Pads

Does anyone know of any safe mattress pads I can use to make the crib softer?

I love the Land's End mattress pads. Good, tight fit, and soft without being worrisome.

The "Continental Quilting Company" brand at Babies-R-Us make a good quilted water proof mattress pad that is very soft adn cushy, without being so fluffy that I worry about a SIDS risk (IMO). Get the one with the pink wrapper, I think it says "extra soft" and is about $19.99.
