We are planning on buying our bedding next wk. I am planning on buying one extra sheet so I will have 2 sheets. Is that enough? Also, the bedding has plaid sheets so what do I do if these sheets start looking really bad? Does anyone know where I can find denim/chambray sheets?

Do you plan on using anything like the BRU sheet savers or the ultimate crib sheet? If so, two crib sheets should be enough. Otherwise, I'd buy at least three.

I'm not sure about denim/chambray sheets, but I'm sure that someone carries them.

I found denim/chambray sheets at Target...they're my backup sheets when the crib set matching sheet is in the wash :), but that was 2+ years ago. Good luck!

Eddie Bauer has chambray sheets. I saw them just this AM online--go to the home store. You might also try The Company Store.

Pottery Barn Kids has chambray sheets, too. I have 2 sheets and to date (DS is 3.5 months old) have used only one because they are SUCH a pain to change! I usually put one of those flannel waterproof changing table pads from Carter's under James and change that as needed.

I was considering the ultimate crib sheet but what are the BRU sheet savers? Thanks for all of the responses!
