Plain white wallpaper border?

Does anyone know where I can find plain white/off-white wallpaper border that could be painted on?

We have a rug that is driving the decor of the nursery. With the help of an artistic friend, I want to paint a border using some colors and designs from the rug.

We can't paint directly on the wall because this is a transition area from one solid color to the next.

Yes- I don't know a brand name, but I've seen a whole section of paintable, textured WHITE wallpaper at the front of the wallpaper sections of Home Depot and Lowe's--- I'm in Texas, and don't know if either of those stores are nearby where you are though....

Thanks for the tip! I'll check that out. I'm in the Chicago area and there's a Home Depot pretty close to me.
