Has any one tried this product from One Step Ahead?

I'm new to all this baby stuff, so I can certainly be wrong about this - please take this in that context. I couldn't help noticing that One Step Ahead sells a stroller that simply HAS to be manufactured by Combi (it looks exactly the same as a known Combi stroller, color and everything) but they don't mention Combi in the description at all.

Based on that limited observation (only one product), I can't help wondering if what looks like a UCS might not very well be a genuine UCS and not a knock-off. Just a thought.
