I'm on the hunt for airplane drawer HANDLES, not knobs (well I need a few of those, but looking for the handles now).
They need to be a silver color like this:

Help! This is very difficult!

That is a tough one. My first thought was Restoration Hardware, but there were no airplanes on the site. I found an airplane pull with a teddy bear pilot at 3 sites:

If I were you, I would call before buying and make sure it will work if you are trying to find something to fit existing holes. The given measurements don't seem very wide to me.

The only others I found are not really what you're looking for because they are ceramic, although they could be painted silver or custom painted: http://www.mudpuddledesigns.com/prod_desc.php?cat_id=9

Also, there is a company called Soko out of San Francisco who will custom make pulls and knobs, although that may be cost-prohibitive. I don't know. Here's the Soko site: http://www.sokostudio.com/producttype.htm#KNOBS_AND_PULLS

BTW, when I was trying to find airplane pulls, I came across these airplane finials that were very cute: http://amos.catalogcity.com/cc.class/cc?main=catalog&pcd=5711290&prd=8104529&ccsyn=157

Edited to add: Have you looked at Lowes or Home Depot?

Wow, thanks august mom!
That was really nice of you to take the time to search! :)
Yes, it probably is too expensive to have the handles custom-made. I did check out Home Depot with no luck, so may have to settle for basic silver.
Love the finials...I bookmarked that one as it would be much more efficient to order those instead of the $40 airplane curtain rod I found at Lod of Nod.

Aha! I found some other ones:

http://www.trucksnthings.com/dresserknobs.html

They can make them to your specs (for spacing of screws). They do seem a little large. But a set of 4 costs $24.50.

Off to see if I can find anything else.

Edited to say "Oops!" I just noticed you said they needed to be silver colored. Oh, well. Off to search a little more.

I can't find anything. But can only tell you that when we remodeled our kitchen we found knobs and pulls at a place here in Pittsburgh called "Woodcrafter's Supply." Basically a store that sold stuff to woodworkers. But they also had a HUGE selection of knobs and pulls (and the kitchen designer we were using at Lowe's actually suggested we go there when we couldn't find anything at Lowe's that we liked).
We got this really nice ones with a satin bronze finish that I haven't seen anywhere else. I don't like brass, and nickel wasn't right with our cabinets. These things are gorgeous, IMO! But that doesn't help you.

Perhaps you have a place like that where you are? I don't know that they would have airplane pulls, but they should have catalogs from all the big manufacturers. Check your Yellow Pages.

Sorry I can't be of more help.

I do not have any nob suggestions, but I did see some cute airplane hooks in PBK. We have some bunny ones and I love them.

Just to follow up, as I was the original poster:
I never found handles, but found some cute knobs at poshtots.com. They were $7.50 there, and I was actually about to order them, when I found the EXACT SAME knob in a local, privately-owned baby store for $2.99! Hello! Poshtots is so overpriced.
These are the knobs:
