PBK and Land of Nod both have cute lamps. I saw that PBK was having a sale right now on a number of shades.

Shades of Light has some cute ones that would work in a kids room. Pricey, though.

if you have one near you, the baby depot has really good prices on their lamps and these usually cooridinate with the bedding sets by kids line and carters.

I was at Target today and was pleasantly surprised by their new selection of kid's lamps. They are in the regular lamp area not in the children's furnishings area. Some cute shades for white candlestick lamps and a couple of other interesting shaped lamps. Might be worth checking into...you know the price will be good!

I bought a plain white lamp base at Target, and then got a cute gingham lampshade (also at Target) to go with it. They were very inexpensive, and look a lot like the ones at Pottery Barn Kids.

This one is a light green gingham but it also come in pink, blue and there are some with a honey base. $29.99 is a great price - I think babycenter.com also carries it for much more $$!

I got a pair of really cute moon & star rice paper lamps at Target. $10 a piece. They also had a duck and airplane.
