Just wanted to let everyone know that there are still some people who stand behind their product 100%. I received a Flatso mobile from North American Bear Company (NABCO) as a gift. My 4 month old daughter loves this thing. It recently stopped rotating although the tune still plays. I sent an email to NABCO and within 24 hours they responded enthusiastically willing to replace the mobile. They aren't even making me return the broken one so that my daughter can continue to enjoy while we wait for the new one.
