I just stumbled across this fabulous WAHM site.

One of her products (the sheet savers) is basically just a custom made ultimate crib sheet. They're $22, so about $5 more expensive, but with all the recent posts I have been reading about mixed quality of the UCS, I definitely think this is a great idea (also, because you can pick a fabric or color other than plain white).
She also makes really cool looking stained glass nightlights - I think the dragon is really cute.
Anyway, I've never purchased from this site, so I can't offer any experience, and I don't know if I will be, because I already purchased and washed a few new UCS (baby's only a few months away!!), but it's definitely a neat idea I hadn't considered, so I thought I'd share.
