Despite all the warnings on this board, I fell in love with the Lilah Rose bedding from Wendy Bee. I found a good price on the company's website, wendybee.net, so wanted to place an order. They had special if you order by a certain date, you get an extra sheet & I was looking on the last day of the special. Anyway, I e-mailed them Wednesday morning (4-15) with a few questions and received no response. Knowing the special ended that day, I called in the afternoon & left a voice mail for the CS person. I have yet to hear back via phone or e-mail. If they are going to sell direct to the public, this is not going to fly. I should have yielded the warnings, but you all know how it is when you find just what you are looking for!
