I've got a big ol' blank wall behind the crib, and I'd like to hang something behind it, but not necessarily a quilt. We're doing her room in pink walls with white trim and white furniture, and the bedding pattern is Isabella by Kidsline (trying to post the link here-
http://www.dreamtimebaby.com/isabella.html). I'd like to find soft flower or butterfly wall hangings to go behind it, but haven't had any luck with Google searches, eBay, or archive searches here.

Thanks for any help!

This isn't quite what you're looking for but we found these awesome rub-on quotes from this site:

and we found a quote that fit our room theme perfectly! We have that and our daughter's name in wooden letters above her crib, and I love how it looks.

Have you tried your local fabric store? I'm not really into sewing or anything, but my mom is going to make some balloons for my nursery walls and said we could find what we needed at a fabric store.
HTH a little anyway!

A friend of mine does beautiful canvas murals that can be customized to your nursery decor and personalized with your baby's name. they can be any size and are nice because they can go with you if you move or something.

check out her website at www.bluedaisycreative.com. she specializes in painting custom nurseries, but does the canvases as well.

Thanks for the ideas, ladies. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the canvas mural, but am quite sure it's way out of our budget right now. Maybe for the next baby....... ;)

I did find something I think will be really cute, and for $8.95 to boot! I think we'll get the big ones for behind the crib, and some tiny ones to scatter throughout the room (like on the tab-top valance we're going to make, instead of using buttons, and hot-glued on the outside of a lampshade). Let me know what you think! They say they're 14" to 22", but they sure don't look it in the picture. I suppose we could always get two packages, at that price.
