This is the bedding we chose for our son's nursery (due in October). We originally were going to stay away from red, white & blue, but just couldn't resist these cute pups! So far, we just have the bumper and a large sham to go on the full-sized bed in the room. Instead of the quilt for the bed, I got a Pottery Barn "pick-stitch" quilt that's the lighter blue color in the Happy Tails bedding. Just painted the walls a light tan this weekend (now that I look at the photo again, it's close to the same color shown in the catalog), so I'm anxious to get our crib (white) and start putting together everything that's been stored in my head for so long!

If anyone has suggestions on a navy gingham crib sheet (w/ elastic all the way around, unlike the PBK sheets) and good quality fabric, I'd love to know!

I'm also stil hemming and hawing over the window coverings. The window is big -- 71" wide and 58" tall -- so my original plan for a roller shade isn't going to work. Can't find one that big. I'm thinking panels with a sheer under it, but would need to have rings, I think, so they'd be easy to slide open and closed. Any great ideas?

Yes, I saw that bedding, and I was so ticked off that there was no sheet with the dogs pattern. :( Can't use the bumper, or the quilt. But I might get that sham - Neel's about ready for a pillow, I think.
