Pottery Barn Kids has EXCELLENT customer service!

I ordered a ballerina musical jewelry box as a gift. I received it two days ago. First day, I opened it, it was already wound and the ballerina spinned and it played music. Last night, I opened it, it was dead and the crank was turned as far as it goes (I had never touched it). I called. They're sending a brand whole new one out at no charge and I throw out the old one.

I'm impressed...
