A good friend is having a boy soon and was thinking about getting the OP Baby bedding. The surfer themed one. Its adorable, but has fringy things on the quilt and I was wondering if anybody has any experience with this bedding. Do the fringy things come off at all?? Is it safe? Should she just use it as a wall decoration?? How is the quality??
