I have one. I called PB and I wanted to share what they are doing in this case. They are having UPS pick up the blanket from my home. Then I had a choice of a new blanket or a $30 gift card. I chose the GC. The only thing I am not too thrilled about is if I order online they 1st charge my card and then I mail in the GC with the order # to get credit for it. I also imagine I will have to pay shipping charges for anything new I pick out. PB's shipping carges are pretty steep too.

Thanks for the heads up. I guess I was lucky. I called and they sent me a new one, and told me if I wanted, I could call back and they would have UPS pick up the old one.
