What color to paint room - Maggie's Garden bedding

I have Glenna Jean - Maggie's Garden bedding. I'm having a hard time figuring out what color to paint the room. The bedding colors are a little softer than shown in the photo. I don't want all pink room -- and was thinking about something in the sage green color. Would you paint the entire room one color -- or use two different colors? I'm not sure that I'll purchase the coordinating wallpaper border.

I would appreciate any ideas or photos.

hi the link wasn't working so i put the pic in my post. i love that set. it's so pretty.

i think maybe pull the lavender and pink out of the comforter for wall colors. i just saw something really cute but i have to remember where i saw it. the top of the wall was one color and bottom was another and they "scalloped" the top. i'll try to find it and post it.

i noticed that there was ric rac in the pillow that goes with that set. this is a stencil for a ric rac/scallop border that could be cute.

are you doing it yourself or will hire someone? if you are getting someone in then you can even do what my friend did. different shades of the same color in squares on one wall with flowers similar to the comforter in it. but i don't have a picture of that.

this is the idea but of course with different colors.
