to make way for #2 in the crib, and I want to get a mattress--but I don't want to spend a lot since this is kind of a short-term thing. I saw some $50 and $70 ones at Target (not so cheap, but better than the $125 options I usually see)--anyone tried any of these? There is one Sealy for $50...
TIA!:-)

I borrowed a spring crib mattress from my best friend. I believe it's a Sealy. Anyway, it's been through at least 3 kids now and is still holding up.

Just a thought... what about skipping the toddler bed and moving to a more permanent situation. We just bought a "big boy" mattress and box spring for less than $200 at BJ's. We hope he'll have it for years.
