ISO a Toddler Comforter. Who sells them?

I have a toddler comforter cover from PBK. Who sells a plain comforter insert besides PBK?

I'd like to comparison shop, but if you tell me PBK has the best price, I'll go with it.

I think I saw one at Company Kids, but it didn't look "plain" enough. The comforter cover I have is white with a small design, so I wouldn't want any colors or patterns showing through. TIA!

I don't know if it will be the right size, but I just saw something at a Restoration Hardware store that might work. I think they called it a "foot duvet." They also had a "lap duvet." Their website probably has the dimensions. I've also seen lap duvets elsewhere - Company Store, Lands End, LL Bean, those kind of places. These might be down/feather instead of fiber-fill though.
