I'm having a horrible time finding bedding for a toddler-sized bed. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

TIA! :)

Do you sew at all or know someone who does? My plan, when we get to that point is to buy a fitted crib sheet from Company Store or somewhere that sells individual pieces, and then get a matching or contrasting twin sheet. Then you can follow the instructions here:

http://crafts.sleepingbaby.net/sheets.html

and make a flat sheet "bag" which will encase the whole mattress. That way the flat sheet isn't pulling off all the time.

This requires very, very simple sewing - a beginner could make this. All straight seams and no cutting from what is written there.

I bought a great set off ebay, that actually had the corners on the comforter boxed in so that it fit really nicely on cribs converted to toddler beds.

There are several toddler bedding sets on the target website, although I haven't seen them in the stores.

A toddler bed uses your crib bedding. That is one major advantage of using a toddler bed.

Yup, I was just going to say that. All you need are crib sized sheets and blankets.
