The letters are pastel and have a cream frame around them and they are hung on ribbon...hard to describe but they are very cute! And they are only 9.99! Plus HL has great sales so you can probably get them for less. They also had cute small letters that pastel with a glitter finish...those were only 1.99 each. hth someone
