Does this go together? (x-post toddler bedroom)

I'm trying to get bedding for DD's big girl bed and she mentioned that she wanted cats on her sheets. Currently, her room has blue walls with clouds and a bright/primary colored alphabet rug in it. For these reasons, I'm trying to stay away from pastels.

Do you think that the Crazy Cats and Dogs bedding set (sheets and pillowcases) would work with the Red Sampler quilt? I will probably add a blanket, too, in another solid color (possibly yellow or light blue).

I like the Cats & Dogs quilt, too, but I don't want to do the bedding set AND the quilt and I think I'd prefer having a background other than white for the top layer of her bed. Does anyone else think this would look cute together?

I think it would work together. The sheets don't really have red in them though. If you zoom in it's more orange than red!

I know you said you would rather not have pastels but the company store does have 2 patterns of Cats on their site right now. My neighbor got the pretty Kitty one for her 2 year old who loves cats and it is super cute!

It looks like it would work, and I think both of those are really cute. But if you're not sure about how well it will coordinate, try calling Garnet Hill customer service and see if they can tell you. It's worth a shot!

Thanks! I went back over the zoomed in photos to see if I could find any red, and I thought I saw just a few touches. I called customer service to ask them about it and she said that there were a few spots of red on the dog. I told her that I was looking at the Red Sampler quilt and wondering if they'd go together. She said she could check for me and put me on hold while she went to hold the sheets and quilt up next to each other! You have to love that! She said that it looked cute together, so I'm going to order it today. I'll update when I see it in person, just in case anyone else is interested. :)
