Small closet for a toddler and infant

We are going to keep the new baby's clothes in DS's room. We want to redo the closet for the best use of space. It is a small closet. Right now we are thinking just 2 shelves and 2 racks for clothing. But I thought some people here might have some other ideas!
So what cha got for me? On a major budget. Absolutely nothing over $100.

We did some of our closets with the stuff from Home Depot - white melamine shelving and corner units. I thought they were really inexpensive and easy to install. The corner units are pretty big, but you could use the small towers and add flat shelving in the middle.

www.easyclosets.com has som great ideas and they have the same kind of thing at Home Depot.
