chenille bedding?

is this considered unsafe? i saw some really nice bedding but am concerned that bb wrote it might not be safe. any thoughts? thanks debbie

My ds has a chenille quilt baby blanket that came with his bedding set and I think it's perfectly fine and safe. He loves cuddling with it and its very soft. I also really like the chenille look. Just as long as you wash it the first time before you give it to your baby I think you'll be safe.
