more huggies troubles

Okay, okay, I've finally decided that maybe huggies aren't the diaper for us, but I still have this jumbo box to finish...one question: Did anyone find that the webbing from the diaper would start to come off and get stuck on your baby (on the outside)?

I'm not sure what you mean by webbing on the outside of the diaper, but if they are falling apart on you, you should take them & return them as defective! I had a batch of Huggies I had to return defective because the velcro straps were put on wrong and they wouldn't close.
