Julia just got ahold of a ball point pen. What fun! What a mess! How do I get the ink off of her clothes??

Alcohol usually works to remove ink. Either regular rubbing alcohol or a hairspray with alcohol will work.

Along those lines, I've had good luck with hand sanitizer.

Another vote here for hairspray--it's always worked like a charm for me! (Just keep spraying and rubbing until it's all gone.)

Another vote for hairspray! Stick a rag between the layers of the shirt so the ink doesn't soak thru. Then spray the spot w/hairspray and blot w/a damp rag. Keep spraying and blotting until most of it's gone and the rest should come out in the wash. :)

Gonzo---a stain remover---they sell it at Home Depot and Bed Bath and Beyond

Thanks for all of your suggestions. I soaked the shirt in rubbing alcohol and then cold water, and the ink is gone. Thanks!!
