Co-ops for Daisy Roots, Bobux, ShooShoos, etc?

Can someone tell me the co-op contacts for Daisy Roots, Bobux, ShooShoo, etc?? (If any are still in existance...)

The one I knew of (she did all of these and Robeez sometimes) has disbanded. Here is one still doing ShooShoos (one of the few companies that supports co-ops):

Does anyone know what brand is best for newborn-6 months. I tend to have average to small sized kids with non-wide (is that a word?) feet.

My daughter still does not fit into the 0-6 month size of any of the brands. The only ones small enough for her are the ShooShoos in a size Newborn. That seems to be the smallest of all the brands/sizes.
