Are the hoods/head-pieces on these costumes adjustable? After reading the other thread about these I looked at them, and I'm dying to get one for ds. My only concern is he has a really small head so I'm worried the head-pieces might not fit him. If they're not adjustable, I might just get the turtle costume.
