summer hats

We live in a very sunny, tropical part of the world and up until a few months ago DS was happy wearing hats. Lately, it has been more of a struggle and he is about to outgrow the two we have (one from Gymboree and one from the Gap).

What are your kids favorite hats? Any suggestions for convincing him to keep a hat on? Seen any good deals on sun hats lately?

I liked the sun hats I got at Gymboree last summer because they had velcro so dd couldn't rip them off (although she'll probably be able to this year). Old Navy usually has a lot of summer hats too.
