I'm also wondering why everyone is posting item codes? Am I to assume the internet catalog is less than complete?

the codes are for items from past catalogs that do not show up on the internet site by browsing the categories, but if you put in the item number where it says "shop by catalog" you can still order them. Some of the items from previous years are at clearance prices.

Deborah.. the item codes are for items in previous catalogs. Most of us did not save those and you can still order items from them (some of them were discounted and they do not appear on the Hanna site unless you enter the item code).
For some reason they have taken out all the old catalogs online except Holiday 2003. I guess too many of us were punching in codes and ordering stuff.. though i am not sure why they would mind us doing that.

I didn't have a problem using it over the phone after ordering online, but I also didn't specifically tell the CS that I'd used it already.
