Hanna dress question

This dress is up for auction on ebay and I think it is cute. Just wondering if anyone is familiar with this dress and if it is cute in real life. Also, how old is it and how much is reasonable to pay for it?

It's from the Garden of Hearts Line which I think was last spring/summer, but it could have been from the year before. During the February/March code, lots of people here bought from that line.

We have the cropped pants from the line. The material looks to be the same and is very easily wrinkled if that matters to you. The print is definitely cute and I do like dress (would have bought it if they hadn't been sold out)

In terms of a fair price, I don't know what the dress went for originally. This is the link to the pants which are still available so maybe that would help you decide.

I have the pants for myself (bought them last year during the summer sale) and Amy Grace has the capris & top to match (got them with a code this spring). They are both very cute and wear well. I haven't seen the dress IRL but I'm sure it's the same. It will require ironing, though. As far as a reasonable price, I'm not sure but I'd say $15-20 max.
