Thank God I waited to purchase the items languishing in my cart, because they are marked down even further--hoodie went from $24 to $20, the bunny sweater went from $24 to $18, and both the striped bike shorts and baby hippity capris went from $14 to $12! :)

:( Have you noticed that they are holding back on some things? Like the Deck Pants in Navy or Kakhi (other colors are on sale), the women's country weekend skirt. What is up with THAT?!

I did finally bit the bullet and make 2 store-by-mail purchases last week. I was on a mission/hunt for a few items and I ended up buying the Navy Deck pants, NOT realizing they were not on sale. *sigh* When they didn't show up in the online sale listing, I thought they were just sold out. All three stores I called seemed to be low on the items I wanted, so I am glad I did it now, anyway.

I was on a mission for longer shorts to protect Ds' knees.

I ended up sizing up on the shirts to 100's to get what I wanted and they fit well, Especially the first one, I think it runs smaller.

What did you find today?

Nothing seemed to be marked down any more than the last time I went to the store. I was able to buy the zippers in the elephant print which is sold out online. I was also hoping to do some price adjustments but unlike before now some of the items are actually cheaper online. There were some grandmas doing some serious shopping. My mother buys clothing infrequently for Ds + she usually chooses Polo which I like but she only chooses it when it's on super, super sale. My MIL frequents the Carters' outlet for she thinks buying in bulk on the cheap is better than buying a few quality items for her grandson...oh well I hope I don't sound greedy but I was hoping one of those Hanna grandmas would adopt me!

I was at the Portland store today-- pretty much the same story that Jenn described. But I did want to mention that if any of you still want the hippity hop jacket in red or yellow, the Portland store still had quite a few, in pretty much all the sizes. They had blue in all the sizes that are sold out on-line, too. Online has no red or yellow left, and has blue only in 60 and 90s. They also had a lot of the hippity pants in all colors except green in most sizes. ,HTH someone!

Well, I'm new to Hanna... but it all looked the same to me! I was so bummed. When I went online after the email it didn't look like it had changed, but I guess they did. I should go check again.

I should have asked them about it, but I really didn't NEED to spend more money.
