Am I consigning my son to therapy in the future? (this is clothes related)

SO... My aunt bought DS an outfit at Hanna a few months ago, and she bought him the ribbed capris which are girls! And, I LOVE THEM on him. So much so that I bought another pair. Thry look like really long shorts, and they are manly colors (blue and red). Now I just noticed the LAnds End girls trike shorts are on sale for $6, and they look the same, so I was thinking... Is this just wrong? Posting pics of both below, imagine the trike shorts in blue stripes...

don't worry a thing about it. I almost bought those capris for DS a hundred times. When i was in highschool I worked for Benetton kids and we used to put boys in leggings all the time!

What's wrong with them? It isn't like they are pink with butterflies or something. I would never know they weren't boys unless you told me.
