Does Baby Lulu (girls sizes) run small?

I saw some cotton PJs and Im trying to decide on size (Makenna wore a size 5T carters/little tykes PJs last yr and Target size 6 cotton Pjs)
Also, how about their dresses?

Deciding on 6 or 6x (or bigger? for PJS)......a 5 in the dress if they are true to size, or bigger if they run small

I find Baby Lulu runs small. Ava has consistently worn a size up from what she was wearing in other brands. So cute, though! Baby Lulu is one of our very favorite brands!
