hmm...not happy about some of the Naartjie I got

Maki hasn't tried it on yet, but the tie dye dress fabric is all pilled...and the s/s boho dress has problems with the stitching on the front. Am I just unlucky or is this kind of thing common with Naartjie?

Otherwise the clothes look really cute, but I am concerned about quality

I did go to a Naartjie store yesterday while visiting family out of town, but I didn't touch the tie-dye dress while I was there to feel the material. I would definitely call them and ask them about the problems with your order and explain the things you are unhappy about. I've found their CS to be pretty good so far.

Meanwhile, maybe someone else might reply that owns the tie dye dress about the material?

That is interesting as I find Naartjie pills less than my other favourite brands such as Gymboree and Hanna. I find the quality to be high with few flaws. In fact with all the Naartjie I haev I have never had any quality issues (and we have way way too much). Like Heidi said, call and talk to them, they have teh best CS bar none, they should replace them for you.
