I also got the one piece hedgehog outfit (and socks) for the baby and the husky shirt for the 3yo. The husky shirt actually goes really well with the pants I got too.

Sarah,

I don't have boys but I looked at that Hedgehog stuff yesterday. It was so cute!! I would have bought it all if I had a boy.

Great choices Sarah!

I'm going to Gymbo today but am not really expecting to buy anything. I am really tempted to buy that hedgehog outfit for Holden because I know the pants will fit, but am not so sure about the 18-24months shirt. I guess I could buy it and try it on, right? What I really want is that same orange shirt, those pants and the cardigan sweater that comes with this line, but as I said, not sure if it will fit.

I'm so not really into the new line "Thin Air" for baby boy OR big boy ... but that husky shirt with orange pants might be kinda cute. Guess I gotta wait til I see it IRL.

Now, go and have that baby, will ya?! ;) Just kidding! :) Good luck to you with the delivery!

I liked the hedgehog cardigan too, but the zip up lined overshirt was so soft, I thought it would be better in the size I got. I got that whole outfit in 3-6 months, and the one piece outfit was so much cuter in person that I had to get it in 0-3m. It is a very soft, thin fleece, so I think it will do well for fall, even though with the hat it looks a little more wintery. The hat too, was cuter in person, a very thin, soft knit. Oh and I'm hoping the hat will work size wise for both outfits.

I did not like the orange pants that went with the husky shirt, but I don't like nylon pants at all (nor do I especially like lined pants). I will be on the lookout for another brand of orange pants. I pretty much threw that shirt in because I needed another item to get 3 gymbucks. However, I think I might return the size 3-6m hedgehog outfit, and lose a gymbuck, then use the 2 left to buy that outfit again during redemption period. I'm not sure DH would let me spend enough to use 3 gymbucks during the redemption time.

I don't think this baby will ever come out. He threatened on Wed and Thursday with an hour or two of decent contrax, but nothing since. He's getting big in there though. I'll walk at the mall again today. We have to return the outfit for my 5yo. I tried to get him a size 5, but it is huge on him, so he needs a size 4. And one shirt for my 3yo was a 3T and fit okay, but the other shirt in 3 is too big, so we need to get a size smaller in that too.

Oh and BTW the blood work came back for my shorty 3yo, and all is normal so far, so that is good news! We'll still see the growth specialist, I'm pretty sure, but I need to talk to the doc on Mon (if I'm not in labor, lol).

Well, I would have bought even more if my Mom and I had not bought out the whole jr cowboy line a few weeks ago, lol. Now I have at least one new complete outfit (with accessories) in each size (up to 12-18m anyway) for this spoiled rotten last little baby I'm having. Who says dressing a boy can't be fun? (Of course I've never had the experience of dressing a girl)

Sarah, all your picks are really cute! I love the hedgehog line! Adorable. I wish there were some hedgehog pieces for my older boys but alas, they seem to think that older boys are just sports and cars. :( I'm thinking that LE had some climber pants in orange? If so, they are great pants...canvas with an elastic waist...very durable with double knees.

The navy pants that you had from the new line (with the orange tee, I thinK)...do they have the adjustable waist? I can't buy Gymbo pants right now because they fall off my skinny guys. They mostly wear the slims from the Gap and I still have to tighten up the waists. :D

Actually I have orange climber pants from a few years ago (those are my favorite type pants for my small boys, love the ankle elastic), but they are size 4 (he needs a 2), so I don't know if I want to buy another pair in a smaller size too. I have been buying climber pants in the next size up in spring (overstocks) for the past 2 years.

The navy pants have a velcro flap on either side that does adjust. My problem with them though was that after you get them on, and adjust the side velcro, it pretty much binds up the elastic sides, so that my son could just barely pull them back down, and could not get them back up again. He can't unsnap them himself either (yet). So I have no idea what he'll do at preschool. I'm assuming if he can get his pants down, a teacher will help him pull them up again?

Anyhow, yes they are adjustable, and I think the type of adjustment probably works better than those pants with the elastic inside (like maternity pants) but you lose the stretch when you tighten them up. My friend did note that she feels like the Gymbo pants are longer this year than before, so you might even size down. She has the opposite problem you do, in that her son is very thick around the middle (not fat, just built like that) and so by the time the pants fit him around the waist they are way too long.

awesome news on the good normal bloodwork!! That's always a relief! He's probably just gonna be little. Though I will say, Ashton (my oldest) at 3yrs was 32lbs, 36in (bigger than your guy but not by a whole whole lot) and now, at 5.5yrs old is over the 50th percentile in both height and weight! HE's SOLID (not fat) and seems SO tall! We measured him the other day and he was 45in?! Where's he get tha theight from?! It certainly ain't from momma & daddy! LOL

I'll take one of your gymbucks off your hands! LOL J/K ... I'll probably spend enough for at least 1 gymbuck today, MAYBE 2 (doubtful) but I will be getting one for Holden's playclass I'm signing him up for.

I find that Gymbo for big boys (especially pants) run pretty big .. though Ashton can wear 6s, but they are pretty big on him.

Good luck once again!
