What the H*** is Hanna's criteria for who gets a code?

It's certainly not me who ordered $300 plus at the last code in July and $100 the month before that! (Note: this is not typical)

Is it new customers who need to be enticed? Is it those who have not ordered in a while?

Who is receiving these???

Well, I suppose I would fall under the new customer criteria and I did not receive a code either.

It seems to me that it is the new customers (people who request catalogs) and people who haven't ordered in a while who get the codes.

Apparently, HA doesn't want to reward existing customers. I guess they figure that we're going to order anyway.

Of course, if they really wanted to stop all the usage of the codes, they would make it a one time use only. Obviously they know that these codes spread all over the internet!

I got one last time, though, and I'm a constant orderer (for both my family and for gifts - zippers and the cable cardigan are my standard new baby gift for co-workers and relatives), so it must be random to some extent.
