Only 1 pic of Ashton because I couldn't get him to stand NOR look at me (as you can see in the pics of Holden, blue's clues was on, which is WAY more important) I think I'm gonna take Ashton's back and get the L, which is the 6-8yrs. Holden's is the 18-24months and TOO big in the waist! ARGH! I'm gonna see if I can put a stitch in to make it a bit more snug if he doesn't fill out before Halloween

Tom is going to be a pirate for Halloween, too. My friend is making a Captain Feathersword costume (and Tom has a patch already, so we're all set!)

How cute! They both make terrific pirates! Is it cold where you are? They could just wear flip flops. :) Black rain boots? Or just plain old tennis shoes...no one will be looking at their feet!

Oh, and be sure to paint on a black mustache for each of them on Halloween!!

we're in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Last year though on Halloween it WAS kinda cool, though we got warm walking around trick or treating.

I plan on trying to do mustaches but I'm thinking Ashton won't let me (he's very sensitive to that kinda thing) and Holden would probably just smearit all over! LOL

They are adorable as usual. I love their costumes. I'm still trying to find something cute w/o a hat as my DS freaks out when anything is placed on his head. They look terrific!

I got them at Gymboree .... my store had JUST gotten them in and put them on hold for me! :D

I'm gonna try to get them to wear eyepatches ... but Holden told me he was a friendly pirate and didn't want to! LOL

They are so adorable! I love the "hook." As far as shoes/socks go, you could see what the weather holds. I'm in hampton roads myself, so I know how crazy the weather can be. :) But I think white or black tennis shoes would be fine. The boys would be comfortable, and their feet would probably be warm. Maybe white for the "friendly pirate" and black for Ashton if he wants to be a bad pirate?
