Sorry.... can we talk winterwear again? Favorite fleece coat?

I'm looking for something for Lane when we're running errands. I have a bunting, but think I'll only use it on really, really cold days. Here are my requirements:
- Thin enough for carseat
- Boy or gender neutral, would prefer a solid color
- Hood
- Less than $30

The Lands' End one, of course, looks nice, but I was hoping for something cheaper. The LL Bean one doesn't look as heavy. Opinions?

With a fleece jacket, our winter lineup would be a LE Squall, LE Snowpants and a LE fleece bunting. This should cover all scenarios, right??? TIA!

I LOVE Old Navy's fleece jackets, but it looks like they are sold out online. Maybe you could check in the store (if you have one near you).

I like the ones aren't too heavy, especially if you're going to be continually in and out of the car, he won't get overheated.

Many, many times. The store happens to be only about a half hour from here.

GREAT stuff and very reasonably priced. I know that many Mommies have ordered from them and have been happy.

I got one for $12 at TCP in red. It has a hood, and it comparable to Old Navy. A little thinner than LE, but you have a Squall and bunting for cold days, right?
