Someone *please* answer this Gymbo "tier" ?

What do posters mean when they refer to Gymboree's tier system? And how some stores are first or second tier? thanks so much.

Not all of the stores get all of the pieces from a line. Tier one gets everything, but the others do not. It also has to do with the size of the store and how many pieces of a certain style in a certain size they will have. If you are in an urban metropolis, you probably have a tier one somewhere. If you are in a medium to small market---2,3, and they may even have 4s. I'm not sure. Hope that helps!

I live in the Washington, DC area, and the two stores closest to me are both tier THREES! Major bummer.
