I had dd wear the snowflake dress on Christmas. It looked absolutely adorable. I had washed it before she wore it and all was well. Last night I washed it again, and the dress frayed and ripped in the front right above the embroidered snowflakes. I was so shocked. Did this happen to anyone else? I called them this morning and they told me to ship it back and they will credit my card back for the amount paid. I'm really, really disappointed. I didn't expect this from a Hanna item. I am also rather annoyed that I have to go to the trouble of shipping it back and on my own dime. Grrrrrrrr!

But boy was it cute. Here's dd in it. :)

They'll send you a return shipping label. Be sure to ask for it!

Oh, too bad! She looks so cute in it too. At least you made it through Christmas, and they will refund you. You can probably get another one next season, maybe in a larger size.

But the good news is that she got to wear it for Christmas and for all the photos at no charge! She looks precious.

No problems with the dress here. We've washed it 4 times or so.

Is it possible that the dress got caught on the agitator in the washing machine? I had that happen with our old washer and the damage was similar to what you described.

The customer service people can email you a prepaid shipping label. I would call back to ask. Either that or they can credit you return shipping as well.
