Now, which is the best retail store to order from?

I'm assuming there may be one that's more accommodating and better stocked than the others. Which one do you all reccommend we call?

The WA Outlet is very nice...I can't remember which retail stores I've called...sorry.

You might start with ones nearest to you - the shipping might be cheaper.

Also - I've only been to the retail stores in Portland OR and Seattle, but Hanna is based in Portland, so might be a good start.

Shipping is the same from any outlet, they use their same shipping prices as in the catalog. However, the closer the outlet, the faster you will probably get it!

Someone posted that they sometimes got cheaper shipping from the stores (not sure about outlets), but that may have been a lucky mistake!
