Will this match? (Gymbo Sugar Cookie)

I, like many of us, love the striped pants in the new Sugar Cookie line but I would like another shirt. I was poking around and pulled up this shirt from DW. I would have to order the SS online since our store is a cold store, but I think it could work. What do you ladies think? Is the green the right shade? Anyone going to the store anytime soon care to hold them up together? ;-)

I was at Gymbo today, but my store didn't have the Sugar Cookies things out yet. Just going by these images, I think the green in the tee may be a little too dark, but I'm not at all sure. Love the pants, though!

I LOVE the pants!! :) I too think the shirt is a little too dark than the green in the pants, but it's hard to say for sure without seeing it IRL.

I also think the green tee may be too dark. I really like those tee's though, so get it anyway and pair it with jean shorts! ;)

From the looks of the picture, I think the shirt is too dark for the pants, but IRL, it may work.

Thanks ladies. I, too, was a little concerned that it might be a little dark. I might get the matching LS shirt and get another SS shirt later on in the season.

Wow, that is great Denise. I love it. And Eva, our little pink nut can never get enough pink! Now, if it will be available in her size by the time I place an online order since our store located in the South doesn't carry long sleeves. Geez. We must be right on the line; I am pretty sure the Dallas (or at least they should be!)stores are hot and we are just about 4 hours away. Denise, are your local stores "hot?" You are in Georgia right?

They also have a red one from the Tiger line but it is sold out in all but very small and 3T. Maybe you should go ahead and order that one item if you're really wanting it. I think the puffed sleeves are adorable!

Yes, I'm in Georgia (west-central Georgia to be specific) but dang if we aren't considered a cold-weather store, too! Bah! The DW and GWL stuff that I had in short sleeves I ordered online. It's January and in the 70s for the foreseeable future here and we're not a warm weather store??

I checked them out today and I don't think they match at all. Sorry :(

Worse than that, I was not at all impressed with the pants IRL. I was all set to buy them - as in picked up her size and walked to the register - and while I was standing there, I noticed the stitching was off a little near the pockets, the fabric seemed to be thin and colored only on the top so you could see the white threads underneath, and the stripes were smeared - no crisp color lines at all.

I checked every pair our store received and they were all the same mess. I hope it's just a fluke :/

Thank you so much Kimberly for checking on that. I am really sad to hear that the pants are poor quality IRL. I read on Gymborebel that beginning with the Wildflower line the quality is supposed to improve and be closer to that of Janie and Jack. Hopefully the prices will not increase to match. Speaking of raising prices, did you guys notice that the 2 for $22 promotion was not online for DW. I hope this is not the beginning of higher prices.
